Cleaning audits

Our VSR quality advisors are experts in the field of cleaning audits. They perform measurements daily for the best results. The measuring systems we use are: VSR-KMS, ER-KMS, expert measurement, glass & floor measurement and baseline measurement. We have the VSR quality mark; our own VSR software is VSR certified.

Guest satisfaction survey

To investigate guest satisfaction (digital and/or physical), CONTRAST offers a survey of unconscious associations and preferences. This research is based on insights from neuromarketing. Together with the client, we draw up a validated questionnaire with explicit and implicit questions. The outcome provides concrete insights to optimise the organisation's service concept.

Optimisation of customer journey

CONTRAST has instruments that provide insight into which steps the guest goes through and which contact moments have the most influence on emotions and behaviour.
