Vision on services
CONTRAST inspires clients to develop a vision on services that adds value to their organisation. We do this together with internal and external stakeholders and end users. Based on the vision on services, we arrive at a facility strategy that provides solid direction for the future. An implementation plan is of course part of this.
Hospitality vision municipalities
CONTRAST develops a future-proof hospitality (‘’horeca’’) vision for municipalities. We guide the process in the role of expert and sparring partner. We take the needs of the municipality and other stakeholders as a starting point. We identify opportunities and risks and provide options and alternatives. We use our Hospitality profiles as a tool for that. The result is a clear vision and practical policy framework.
